Many times, the outcomes you attribute to your environment, other people, or external forces are within your internal Locus to control!

Hi, I'm Suzy Siegle, and I created Locus Mindset...

... from my research and work around locus of control.

Years ago, I became fascinated by the question of how much control do

we really have over our day-to-day lives?

In my years working with students, leaders, and entrepreneurs, I saw too

many talented people hit walls in their personal and professional lives.

They got stuck repeating painful patterns and feel burned out, frustrated and overwhelmed. Consciously, they knew what they wanted, yet struggled to break free from subconscious patterns and cycles.

Along my leadership journey, I’ve earned graduate degrees in law,

business, and leadership as well as certifications in clinical and applied

neuroscience and neuromarketing and spent the last decade researching and studying locus of control psychology.

Locus leadership trainings contain tested and evidence-based tools I’ve

developed and used to help build high performing leaders, so they can

build successful and thriving organizations.
